RATES

Budgeted - Per DAY rent rate - Rs 6000/ plus additional charge for electricity, water and gas..
Per DAY rent standard rate RS 8000 or USD 25 All inclusive (water, gas, electricity).
Per MONTH rent Rs 110,000/ plus additional charge for Electricity on separate LECO meter, gas and nominal rate rs 2500 per mth for water.
Breakages/Damages Advance Deposit Rs 100,000/. REFUNDABLE.
Rates vary depending on period of stay.

For LONG term occupants an Advance rental deposit of 2 months is charged on arrival.
For SHORT term occupants less than 3 months, rent for the total period of stay. is charged on arrival..
To confirm occupancy a BOOKING CHARGE equivalent to one month rent or full period of stay is charged.

WE already have 3 other studios in our above premises. And we have been renting out over the last 15 years. And had a very mixed crowd of guests foreign, local for short and long term.
