The Villa is built with a high wooden ceiling and designed with the principle of ventilation, therefore making it very airy and not needing air-conditioning. The rooms consist of ceiling fans and a mosquito net in the master bedroom. The master bedroom includes an attached bathroom consisting of a bathtub, and the guest bedroom with an attached bathroom accessible from the main corridor as well. A spacious living room with an adjacent dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a cabana with shorter inside walls built at the upper end of the garden and next to the villa. It includes a queen size bed, air-conditioning, a mini bar, an attached open-bathroom, a tiny pantry space, and its own little patio for the breezy evening.

The garden consist of a number trees such as Ehela, Korn, Neem, Teak and Dhamaniya, that are frequented by a number of birds including a species of Toucan, Peacocks, Fruit birds, Woodpeckers, and more. It has a plunge pool of approximately 3×7 meters which has the sun during the morning and early afternoon hours. The pool is also equipped with a swim jet facility if one would like to have a quick workout with spot swimming. A beautiful beach that awaits you is only 150 meters away, which is just a 2 minute walk.
