Approximately 1,500 square feet; this is ideally suited for a couple or single person. It was previously occupied by foreigners (foreigners preferred).

The entire house is air-conditioned (including living areas). The pantry comes with a four-burner cooker (and gas cylinder), two-door refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, etc. Both washrooms have hot water.The house also comes with WiFi, cable TV (monthly fees to be paid by tenant), and even linen is provided (limited quantity).

It is located in a highly residential neighborhood on Lake Drive, within walking distance to the Parliament Road.

Prefer to give it for a minimum period of one year (or longer). Six months can also be considered (if taking for only six months, half month agent fee should be paid by tenant).
